What to Expect from IBCT
- Assessment Phase: You’ll meet together and individually with your therapist, complete questionnaires, and clarify key concerns.
- Feedback Session: Your therapist presents an analysis and treatment plan. Together, you decide whether to proceed.
- Active Treatment: With your therapist’s guidance, you’ll improve communication, build emotional acceptance, and resolve conflict.
- Termination: You’ll review your progress and, when ready, conclude treatment with tools to continue growing together.
